About Company

Alvimax Construction, Engineering and Consulting Proprietary Limited (Pty Ltd) is a registered company with the National Home Builders Registration Council (NHBRC) and operates within the built environment.

The founder Seya Shayi, is an electrical German-trained master craftsman and former Eskom Engineering Manager who had a dream of starting a construction company that would become a leader in the South African building industry. He is also a qualified technical manager, as per NHBRC requirements.

Alvimax boasts a network of professional engineers, technicians, and artisans that work on every infrastructure we build. They all have a vast amount of experience in the South African housing market, which includes low and medium-cost housing. Our company is built on two pillars: quality and safety.
